Jeffrey Tyler aka JT is on air host of the urban talk show, "The Takeover Live" on Heaven 1580, your urban inspiration station.  The Takeover Live, also called “Christian Teen Summit meets 106th and Park,” is a Christ centered movement designed to give youth and young adults a voice to tackle issues that cripple our culture such as sexual impurity, homosexuality, lust, depression, suicide, loneliness, insecurity, and many others.  The Takeover Live movement is also designed to raise up a generation of believers that will impact this generation by taking over their homes, schools, communities, churches, and the world for Christ through ministry, music, unity, prayer, and fellowship.  JT can be heard on Heaven 1580am Monday - Friday from 6pm to 8pm on the radio and online worldwide at heaven1580am.com
 
JT is an honors graduate of Bowie State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. He graduated with a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and was president of Bowie State University's Campus Ministries which comprised of a men's bible study, women's bible study, and midnight prayer.  He was also leader of the F.R.E.E.D. (Fellowship of Reformed Empowered and Educated Disciples) Bible Study, Mr. Campus Ministries, member of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, student mentor, and Mr. Bowie State University 2002-2003.  While in college, he also received honors such as the National Dean’s List, Collegiate All American Scholar, the National Communication Arts Award, National Student Government Award, Mr. Bowie State University Community Service Award, and Bladensburg Middle School’s Youth Career Day Award.  JT is a member of Spirit of Faith Christian Center under the direction of Dr. Michael A. Freeman and Dr. Dee Dee Freeman.  He is actively involved in his church as a member of the S.W.A.T. (Sold Out Word Activated Teenagers) youth ministry. He is also a male model for Worth The Wait Incorporated, a non profit organization that promotes sexual purity through urban fashion, outreach, fellowship and ministry. He has served as a motivational speaker and host for numerous events throughout the DC Metropolitan area.   

JT also hosts The HBCU Experience which airs every Saturday from 12pm to 3pm.  The purpose of the HBCU Experience is to expose everyone to the world of Black Colleges and encourage the uplift of the Black College Experience worldwide through music, interviews, discussions, and much more.

 

Soon after starting the printing company, Ms. Childs also started her own gift shop called Blessed 24:7®.   The online gift shop was the beginning of a true blessing from God.  Ms. Childs sells merchandise, such as, gift items and apparel imprinted with the Blessed 24:7 logo.  Wanda Childs is the proud and exclusive trademark owner of the well known phrase; Blessed 24:7®, which is a daily reminder for all, that we are truly blessed by God 24hrs a day, 7 days a week!  Blessed 24:7 originated as her "personal", inspirational reminder of just how good God has been, even during some of life's most difficult circumstances.

Ms. Childs' mission is to share the imprinted Blessed 24:7® logo (message) with the world in the form of gifts and as a new way of thinking, feeling, trusting and believing.  Ms. Childs wants others to be spiritually motivated even when the storms of life come their way.

Well, there was no way Ms. Childs could prepare for the storm that was heading her way.  Ms. Childs spent 21 "devoted and dedicated" years on her corporate America job and was (as she felt) wrongfully terminated.  Some says she was "pushed into her purpose".  Ms. Childs left that job with her unemployment benefits denied and she was not offered a severance package.  God had a better plan for her life and now Wanda Childs is a full-time business owner and the CEO/President of 3 companies   (1) The Blessed 24:7 Gift Shop   (2) Printing Express & Designs, LLC and   (3) The Blessed 24:7  Foundation, Inc. 

Ms. Childs started the Blessed 24:7 Foundation, so she could assist and mentor our youth and young adults with pursuing their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs.  Ms. Childs teaches a "FREE" 1-day seminar on "How To Start Your Own Business From Ground Zero™.    Ms. Childs just added a bonus track to her seminar and will teach others how to write their first book.  Both seminars will be offered for FREE.

They tried to push her into a pit, just like they did Joseph (Genesis 37:20) and instead, God "pushed her into her purpose".  Wanda Childs just wrote her first book titled "Pushed Into My Purpose".   Pushed Into My Purpose is an extraordinary and heartfelt testimony on how God blessed Wanda Childs, in the middle of her storms and moved her from a place of fear to a place of victory; it’s a spiritual journey to success, God's way.
